MY STORY

"This is the most sophisticated and effective method I have seen for the prevention and reversal of deterioration of function. We're condemning millions of people to a deteriorated old age that's not necessary."
— Margaret Mead, PhD, Anthropologist
It was working one-on-one with a Feldenkrais Practitioner that enabled me to fully recover from my hip pain. I was overjoyed! Not only was I able to return to the activities I loved most, I also learned new ways to move without straining my hip.
I've been practicing the Feldenkrais® Method since 2010 and became a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2015. Before diving into the Feldenkrais Method I had a successful career as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years. later, I completed research through the University of Washington teaching Mindful Awareness Body-Oriented Therapy (MABT) to women and men in treatment for chemical dependency.
Today, my practice as a Feldenkrais® Practitioner, is dedicated to helping my clients to recover, become more resourceful and resilient in an ever changing world.
