What is the Feldenkrais Method?

The Feldenkrais Method® is named for its founder, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. It's a method of learning that uses movement and guided attention as a means to enhance human functioning.  This method deepens one's awareness of how the body moves and offers gentle yet effective strategies to make movement more functional, graceful and efficient. If you can learn to improve how you move, you can learn to improve the quality of how you live your life.

"Habits are when we decide to act before we are aware that we we have a choice."
